Their Reward | A $5,000 Design Centre Bonus, giving them the opportunity to personalize their home and make it their own.

A Bonus for Returning Homeowners

If you’ve previously owned a Tamarack or Tartan home, you already know the difference thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship make. If you’re ready for your next chapter, you’ll be rewarded for returning. Purchase another Tamarack or Tartan home and receive a $7,500 Design Centre Bonus at the time of purchase. With proof of your previous homeownership, your bonus will be applied to help you customize your new space from the very start.

Program Details

Please note, this program is valid until March 31, 2026.

To be eligible, referring homeowners must have previously purchased a Tamarack or Tartan home and be currently living in it, or be able to provide proof of original ownership. This program cannot be combined with broker referral or co-broke incentives. If the home being purchased does not include a Design Centre appointment, the applicable bonus will be issued as a $2,500 cheque to each eligible party. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
